1. Eligibility & Registration

To use Kumawat Parichay, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age. This platform is addressed to adults only.
You are a member of the Kumawat community.
You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

2. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the service in accordance with the following rules. You will not:

Use the platform for any form of harassment, stalking, or offensive behavior.
Post or transmit any content that is libelous, defamatory, abusive, racist, pornographic, or otherwise offensive.
Infringe upon the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person.
Use the service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or chain letters.
Post pictures or information of other users without their express written permission.
Misrepresent your identity or credentials.

No Verification Guarantee: While we aim for community integrity, we cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the information provided by other users.
Internet Security: You acknowledge that we cannot ensure the absolute security of information provided through the internet, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties.
Service Availability: The service is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without warranties of any kind.

You grant Kumawat Parichay a perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and distribute any content you post to the service for the purpose of providing the service to the community.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms or if your actions are deemed harmful to the community.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
