Data Deletion Guide

At Kumawat Parichay, we value your autonomy. You have the ultimate control over your digital footprint in our community.

Deleting your account is permanent. All your profile data, professional details, and connections will be lost and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

We provide a seamless way to remove your data directly within the application:

Launch the Kumawat Parichay App.
Tap on your Profile/Settings icon.
Navigate to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your request in the dialog box.

Alternative Request Method

If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a manual deletion request:

Data Types Deleted

Upon account deletion, Kumawat Parichay permanently removes the following data associated with your account:

Identity Data: Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
Profile Information: Professional details, education history, and personal bio.
Media: Uploaded profile pictures and any other shared images.
Location History: Any stored precise or approximate location data.
Social Data: Connections, requests, and community interactions.

Retention and Process

Once requested, your account is immediately removed from public view. Our system initiates a complete removal of all personal data from our active databases, which is completed within 30 days. Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 60 days for legal compliance, after which it is automatically purged.
